Research Meets Practice
A Journey from Academia to Soil & Land Stewardship
Dr. Adam Cobb’s interest in soil ecosystems began with hands-on experiences on farms around New Zealand (in early 2008), evolving into a passion for agroecology and science communication. With his Ph.D. in Natural Resource Ecology & Management and several years of direct collaboration with Dr. Elaine Ingham, he's now channeling his 17+ years of experience into Holobiont HUB. Adam’s journey is one of continuous learning and dedication to the celebration and caretaking of our biosphere.
Why Us?
Transforming Ecological Thinking into Action
Holobiont HUB is a movement grounded in deep curiosity and driven by a commitment to ecological regeneration. Led by Dr. Adam Cobb, a life-long seeker, our dream is to bring together a diverse group of passionate individuals who want to make a tangible difference in the world.
We believe true environmental stewardship starts with understanding the intricate web of life that supports us all. Our approach is rooted in the concept of holobionts – interconnected communities of organisms that sustain ecosystems. By fostering collaboration and freely sharing knowledge, we aim to empower everyone with the tools and insights needed to regenerate soils, improve food systems, and support our planet's stunning biodiversity.
